The self-adaptive yielding anchor rod device comprises an anchor rod body, a tray, a yielding device and a pre-tightening nut, the tray, the yielding device and the pre-tightening nut are arranged on the threaded section of the top of the anchor rod body in a sleeving mode from bottom to top, high-strength base plates are arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the yielding device correspondingly, and the yielding device comprises a replaceable steel pipe with through holes evenly distributed in the circumference; a damping ring is tightly attached to the inner wall of the yielding device, and an anti-corrosion coating is brushed on the outer wall. The invention further provides a self-adaptive anchor rod construction method which comprises the following steps that A, firstly, a hole is drilled through the drilling tool, and the anchor rod body is placed in the drilled hole; b, an anchor rod body is fixed, and then a yielding device is selected according to impact force generated by rock deformation; c, a tray and a yielding device are sequentially installed at the thread position of the anchor rod body from top to bottom; and D, the yielding device is subjected to compression deformation after absorbing impact force to achieve yielding displacement. The method has the advantages of being good in supporting effect, wide in applicability, good in damping effect, simple in construction step, easy to operate and the like.
