The invention provides a preparation method of a graphene composite heat-conducting film, and relates to the technical field of heat-conducting film preparation. The preparation method of the graphene composite heat-conducting film comprises the following steps: S1, dissolving graphene oxide powder in deionized water to obtain a graphene oxide solution; s2, adding a proper amount of carbon fibers into the graphene oxide solution obtained in the S1, and mechanically and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixed solution of the graphene oxide and the carbon fibers; and S3, spraying the mixed solution obtained in the step S2 on a PET film, putting the PET film into a drying oven for drying, and then reducing to obtain the first-order graphene composite heat-conducting film. By adding the heat-conducting net, the carbon paper and the carbon cloth, the overall density of the composite heat-conducting film is increased, the overall toughness and strength are improved, meanwhile, the heat conductivity is improved, the overall stability is improved, and the composite heat-conducting film is ideal to use.
本发明提供石墨烯复合导热膜的制备方法,涉及导热膜制备技术领域。该石墨烯复合导热膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤S1、将氧化石墨烯粉末溶于去离子水,得到氧化石墨烯溶液;S2、向S1中得到的氧化石墨烯溶液中添加适量的碳纤维,机械混合均匀,得到氧化石墨烯和碳纤维的混合溶液;S3、将S2中得到的混合溶液喷涂在PET膜上,放入烘箱中干燥,然后还原后,得到一阶石墨烯复合导热膜。通过增加了导热网、碳纸、碳布,使复合导热膜整体的密度增加,提高了整体的韧性和强度,同时,提高了导热性,提高整体的稳定性,使用起来比较理想。
