Method for installing track of bridge steel girder maintenance car
The invention discloses a method for installing a track of a bridge steel girder maintenance car. The method comprises the following steps: installing a first section of maintenance car track beam; a maintenance car prefabricated in advance is hoisted into and installed at the bottom of the bridge steel main beam in an inverted hanging mode, and a second section of maintenance car track beam and a connecting base are hoisted into the maintenance car; the maintenance car is controlled to move to the front end of the installed first section of maintenance car track beam, and the second section of maintenance car track beam is pulled up to the preset installation height; fixedly connecting the second section of maintenance car track beam with the connecting seat; the connecting base is welded to the bottom of the bridge steel girder, and then the maintenance car is controlled to continue to move forwards till the front end of the first maintenance car track beam is connected with the tail end of the second maintenance car track beam; and the steps are repeated until all the maintenance car track beams are installed. The method is reliable in process and convenient to operate, the problem about installation of the steel girder maintenance car track when the operation platform at the bridge site is limited is solved, large-range erection of the construction operation platform is avoided, and the cost for mounting and dismounting the support is saved.
本发明公开了一种桥梁钢主梁检修车轨道安装方法,包括以下步骤:安装第一节检修车轨道梁;将提前预制好的检修车吊入并倒挂安装于桥梁钢主梁底部,将第二节检修车轨道梁和连接座吊至检修车内;控制检修车移动至已安装的第一节检修车轨道梁的前端,将第二节检修车轨道梁拉高至预设安装高度;将第二节检修车轨道梁和连接座进行固定连接;将连接座焊接于桥梁钢主梁底部,再控制检修车继续前行,直至第一节检修车轨道梁的前端和第二节检修车轨道梁的末端连接;重复,直至完成所有检修车轨道梁的安装。该发明工艺可靠、操作方便,解决了桥址处作业平台受限时钢主梁检修车轨道的安装难题,避免了大范围搭设施工作业平台,节约了支架安拆的费用。
