The invention discloses a steel sheet pile cofferdam corner water stop connecting structure which comprises two corner steel sheet piles arranged at an angle, lock catch plates are formed on the two opposite sides of the corner steel sheet piles correspondingly, preset locking openings are formed in the lock catch plates, the lock catch plates on one sides of the two corner steel sheet piles are oppositely arranged, and the lock catch plates on the other sides of the two corner steel sheet piles are oppositely arranged. The preset locking openings of the locking plates on the other sides of the two corner steel sheet piles are buckled with the preset locking openings of the locking plates of the adjacent steel sheet piles. The adapting piece is connected to the lock catch plate on one side of one corner steel sheet pile in a welded mode, a newly-added lock opening is formed in the adapting piece, sealing grease is poured into the newly-added lock opening, and a preset lock opening of the lock catch plate on one side of the other steel sheet pile is buckled to the newly-added lock opening. The problem that a serious leakage phenomenon is prone to occurring at the corner connecting position of an existing steel sheet pile cofferdam is solved.
