Drilled rooted bottom-end-expanded bearing pile and construction method thereof
The invention relates to a drilled rooted expanded-bottom end bearing pile which is provided with a tubular pile and a cast-in-place reinforced concrete base, the upper end of the tubular pile is exposed out of the ground, the lower end of the tubular pile is connected with the cast-in-place reinforced concrete base rooted on a lower bearing layer, and the periphery of the tubular pile below the ground is filled with filler. The invention further designs a construction method of the drilled rooted bottom-end-expanded bearing pile. The construction method comprises the steps that the reinforcement cage is welded to the lower end of the pipe pile; placing a pile casing after on-site lofting and positioning; forming holes according to the construction requirements of the cast-in-situ bored pile, and enabling the drilled holes to enter a bearing stratum; lowering the tubular pile and reinforcement cage connector into the drill hole; a guide pipe is lowered from the interior of the pipe pile to the bottom of the drilled hole, hole cleaning is started firstly, underwater concrete is poured after the specific gravity of sediment and slurry meets the design requirement, and a cast-in-place reinforced concrete base is formed; pulling out the guide pipe, lowering a connector of the pipe pile and the reinforcement cage to the bottom of the drill hole, and enabling the bottom end of the connector to enter a bearing stratum; and the space between the tubular pile and the pile casing is filled with filler, then the pile casing is pulled out, and pile forming is finished.
