The invention relates to a totally-closed waterproof roof system which comprises a main body structure (1), a base layer (2), a totally-closed spraying waterproof layer (3), a metal roof board (4) and a heat preservation layer (5). The heat preservation layer (5) is rock wool or glass wool and is used for heat preservation and sound insulation, the base layer (2) is arranged on the heat preservation layer (5), the base layer (2) is a metal thin flat plate and completely covers the heat preservation layer (5), the base layer (2) is fixed on the main body structure (1) through screws, and the rapid-hardening waterproof material (3) is sprayed on the base layer (2). According to the roof system provided by the invention, the spraying type waterproof coating is used for replacing a traditional waterproof coiled material, nodes of a roof, a gutter and the like are sprayed into a whole, nail holes and nails of a roof support are covered with the spraying type waterproof coating, and a waterproof layer is tightly connected with a roof outgoing object. In this way, a new and totally-closed waterproof system is formed, and the waterproof performance of the metal roof is improved.
