The invention discloses a graphite paper forming process which comprises the following steps: expanding expandable graphite at a high temperature of 900 DEG C to generate graphite worms with extremely high plasticity; the materials are pressed into the needed shape through pressure and a forming mold or through a gap between two rollers at the normal temperature, the rolling process is conducted for 3-5 times, and adjustment is conducted according to the requirements for precision and thickness; the graphite paper has the advantages that the produced graphite paper is high in tensile strength, high in heat conductivity and electric conductivity, smooth and bright in paper surface and bright in double surfaces, the electric conductivity and the heat conductivity are improved by about 20%, and the application range of the graphite paper in sealing materials in electronic materials is widened.
本发明公开了石墨纸成型工艺,将可膨胀石墨经900℃高温膨胀,产生具有极高可塑性的石墨蠕虫;在常温下经过压力与成型模具,或通过两轧辊间隙,压制成所需形状,碾压过程经过3‑5道,根据精度和厚度的要求进行调整;本发明的优点在于:生产的石墨纸拉伸强度高,导热导电率高,纸面光滑、光亮,双面光亮,导电系数导热率都提高了20%左右,拓宽在电子材料中密封材料的应用。
