Power walking wheels and follow-up walking wheels are connected to the lower portion of the frame assembly, and an electrical control module and a visual sensor with a downward lens are further installed on the lower portion of the frame assembly. A guide mechanism is fixed at each of the front end and the rear end of the frame assembly; the walking power assembly is fixed on one side of the frame assembly, and an output shaft of the walking power assembly is connected with the power walking wheels; the power storage battery, the main operation mechanism and the auxiliary operation mechanism are connected with the frame assembly through connectors. Compared with an existing operation mode, the rail fine adjustment device is high in accuracy, and labor force is effectively saved.
