The invention discloses a construction method applied to an OGFC drainage pavement inside and outside a tunnel hole, and the construction method comprises the following specific steps: preparing materials, preparing edge drainage, constructing a waterproof bonding layer, putting wood fibers, mixing a mixture in a plant, transporting the mixture, paving the OGFC, rolling the OGFC, and sealing and curing, through the edge drainage design, the skid resistance of an upper OGFC surface layer is effectively improved; according to the waterproof bonding layer, PCR modified emulsified asphalt base oil and PG76-10 modified hot asphalt are sequentially sprayed on the surface of the middle bearing surface layer, the phenomena of delamination and granule falling of the upper OGFC surface layer are avoided, and the waterproof construction effect can be enhanced.
