The embodiment of the invention discloses a bridge beam end track structure and a construction method, and relates to the field of railway bridge tracks. According to the bridge beam end track structure, the problem that the distance between the adjacent sleepers at the butt joint of the structural beams exceeds the limit can be solved. The bridge beam end track structure comprises a first structural beam, a second structural beam, ballast blocking devices and prefabricated sleepers. Wherein the end parts of the first structural beam and the second structural beam are in butt joint; the ballast blocking device is a metal plate and is arranged on the outer edge of the butt joint position of at least one of the first structural beam and the second structural beam. The prefabricated sleeper is fixedly connected to the ballast blocking device and used for supporting the track. The embodiment of the invention provides a bridge beam end track structure which is used for laying railway bridge tracks.
