The invention provides a device for rapidly blocking serious leakage of an underground diaphragm wall. The device comprises a leveling device, a blocking device, a fixing device, a flow guiding device and a foundation pit deformation monitoring device. The leveling device is used for removing obviously protruding uneven positions of the underground continuous wall, and the plugging device is attached to the underground continuous wall surface subjected to removal treatment through the fixing device; one end of the flow guide device is buried in the underground continuous wall surface, and the other end of the flow guide device penetrates out of the plugging device; the foundation pit deformation monitoring device is used for conducting real-time monitoring in the foundation pit construction stage. The invention further provides a method using the device for rapidly blocking the serious leakage of the underground diaphragm wall. The method has the advantages of being convenient to construct, good in leaking stoppage effect, simple in procedure, capable of saving cost, environmentally friendly and high in efficiency, safety of surrounding buildings (structures) can be rapidly guaranteed, the overall safety of a foundation pit is guaranteed, and construction safety is guaranteed.
