The invention relates to a construction technology of an MS sealant based on graphene and the MS. The MS sealant comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 25% of resin, 15.5% of a plasticizer, 50% of calcium carbonate, 5% of carbon black, 1% of graphene, 0.5% of silane-terminated polyether, 0.5% of a water removal agent, 0.5% of an adhesion enhancer and 0.5% of a catalyst. The water removal agent accounts for 1.5%, the adhesion enhancer accounts for 1%, and the catalyst accounts for 0.5%. According to the method, the maximization of the waterproof effect at the joint of the fabricated building can be realized by combining the improved MS sealant with a related construction process.
