Abstract

The invention discloses a novel connecting piece for a horizontal rod of an operation layer walkway of a ring-lock type scaffold and a connecting method of the novel connecting piece, relates to the technical field of the building industry, and mainly aims to solve the problems of installation of a steel fence scaffold board on the ring-lock type scaffold and uneven installation. According to the main technical scheme, the U-shaped hanging lug buckle connector can be arranged on a transverse horizontal rod of an operation layer walkway in a sleeving mode; and the end part buckling joint is welded and fixed at the end part of the longitudinal horizontal rod of the operation layer walkway and is connected with the U-shaped hanging lug buckling joint in an inserting piece manner.
