The invention further provides a construction method of the emergency evacuation stair ground structure. Synchronous pre-embedding and synchronous factory pouring are achieved, cast-in-place wet operation is reduced, formwork erecting is not needed, the site construction time is greatly shortened, and the structural reliability is guaranteed; external modeling and structural wallboards are integrated, according to a facade modeling scheme, a component factory directly performs mold building and demolding, and secondary facades do not need to be decorated on site; due to the large-scale underground space monomer engineering and the rail transit linear engineering, the emergency evacuation exit stairs are more, the prefabricated assembly mode also brings possibility to mass production, and the applicability is wider.
本发明涉及一种紧急疏散楼梯地面结构,包括底部基座,底部基座的中间镂空有通往地下的通道口;环绕底部基座的边缘立设有若干连接预制柱,相邻的连接预制柱间隔设置;在相邻的连接预制柱之间拼接预制墙板形成地面结构的侧墙,在各连接预制柱上方拼装屋面板形成地面结构的顶板。还提供一种紧急疏散楼梯地面结构的施工方法。本发明同步预埋,同步工厂浇筑,减少了现浇湿作业,无需支模,也大大缩短了现场施工时间,结构可靠性有保证;外造型与结构墙板一体化,根据立面造型方案,构件厂直接筑模脱模,现场无需装修二次立面;由于大规模的地下空间单体工程和轨道交通线性工程,紧急疏散口楼梯均较多,预制拼装的形式也给量产带来了可能,适用性更广。
