The modifier for modifying the soil is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40 to 60 parts of acrylamide, 10 to 30 parts of methyl methacrylate, 1 to 5 parts of humic acid, 0.1 to 1 part of benzoyl peroxide, 0.1 to 1 part of gamma-polyglutamic acid, 0.5 to 1.5 parts of magnetic attapulgite and 0.1 to 1 part of carboxyethyl cellulose ether. The spray-seeding material provided by the invention improves the germination rate of plant seeds, and has good water retention performance.
