The invention discloses a high-ground-temperature highway tunnel heat insulation pavement structure which comprises an asphalt pavement, a lattice type reinforced concrete pavement structure, a second heat insulation layer, a pavement base layer and a first heat insulation layer which are sequentially laid from bottom to top. And a second heat insulation layer is embedded at the bottom of the lattice type reinforced concrete pavement structure at the interval of 0.4 m. Asphalt surface layer heat damage grade division is carried out on the surrounding rock temperature, proper asphalt materials are selected in a targeted mode, and the high-temperature stability of the asphalt pavement is guaranteed; the bearing capacity of the pavement slab is fully exerted through the small-span lattice type reinforced concrete structure, and the pavement slab is prevented from being cracked and damaged in a high-temperature environment; the high-temperature-resistant heat insulation plate is laid on the surface of the pavement base layer, heat is effectively blocked and reduced from being transmitted to the asphalt surface layer, the asphalt surface layer is prevented from being softened, and ruts and pushing diseases are prevented from being generated.
本发明公开了一种高地温公路隧道隔热路面结构,包括沥青路面、格构式钢筋混凝土路面结构、第二层隔热层、路面基层和首层隔热层,所述沥青路面、格构式钢筋混凝土路面结构、路面基层和首层隔热层由下至上依次铺设,在格构式钢筋混凝土路面结构的底部按0.4m的间距嵌入有第二层隔热层。本发明通过对围岩温度进行沥青面层热害等级划分,针对性选用合适的沥青材料,保证沥青路面高温稳定性;通过小跨径格构式钢筋混凝土结构充分发挥路面板承载能力,避免高温环境下路面板开裂破坏;路面基层表面铺设耐高温隔热板,有效阻断和减少热量传递至沥青面层,避免沥青面层软化,防止产生车辙和推移病害。
