The invention provides a temporary-support-free UHPC prefabricated bridge deck unit which comprises a plurality of UHPC prefabricated parts adjacently arranged in the transverse bridge direction, the adjacent UHPC prefabricated parts are connected into a whole through a plurality of sets of steel bar trusses, the steel bar trusses are arranged in the transverse bridge direction, the lower portions of the steel bar trusses are embedded in the UHPC prefabricated parts, and the upper portions of the steel bar trusses are embedded in the UHPC prefabricated parts. The upper portion of the steel bar truss is arranged on the surface of the UHPC prefabricated part in a protruding mode. The invention further provides a bridge deck slab and a construction method thereof. The UHPC prefabricated part can serve as a bottom die during pouring of a concrete cast-in-place layer, the UHPC prefabricated bridge deck slab unit formed by the UHPC prefabricated part and the steel bar truss can bear temporary construction loads, a pouring formwork and a supporting formwork do not need to be adopted during construction of the cast-in-place concrete layer, and temporary supporting does not need to be adopted.
