The invention discloses a method for hoisting a small box girder by a bridge girder erection machine, which comprises the following steps of: arranging a steel plate clamping groove at a flange plate of a small box girder body to clamp a steel wire rope, and slowly lifting the small box girder; when the distance between the small box girder and the bottom of the bent cap is about 1m, the front crown block stops lifting, and the rear crown block slowly lifts the box girder to enable the box girder to incline until the small box girder is lifted to the inclined horizontal included angle of 10-15 degrees; the high-position end of the small box girder is lifted to the position above the small box girder, the front crown block and the rear crown block synchronously and slowly move longitudinally, and a certain distance is reserved between the low-position end of the small box girder and the cover beam; the low-position end of the small box girder is lifted, so that the small box girder is in a horizontal state; and the small box girder is moved to a preset position. Aiming at the installation characteristics of the small box girder on the hidden bent cap, the problem that the space for directly hoisting the small box girder from the ground to pass through the bottom of the bent cap by using a bridge girder erection machine is limited is solved.
本发明公开了一种架桥机吊装小箱梁的方法,在小箱梁体翼缘板处设置钢板卡槽卡住钢丝绳,缓慢提升箱小箱梁;当小箱梁距盖梁的底部1m左右时,前天车停止提升,后天车缓慢提升箱梁使得箱梁倾斜,直至小箱梁被提升至倾斜的水平夹角为10‑15°;使小箱梁的高位端提升至小箱梁上方,前、后天车同步缓慢纵移,使小箱梁的低位端与盖梁间隔一定距离;提升小箱梁的低位端,使小箱梁处于水平状态;将小箱梁移动至预定位置。针对隐形盖梁上小箱梁的安装特点,解决了利用架桥机直接从地面起吊小箱梁经过盖梁底部的空间受限的问题。
