The invention discloses a construction method for erecting a prefabricated box girder of a widened bridge, which comprises the following steps of: removing an anti-collision fence on one side of an old bridge, which needs to be widened, mounting a bridge erecting machine, passing through a hole by the bridge erecting machine and feeding a girder, and repeating the steps of passing through the hole by the bridge erecting machine and feeding the girder to complete the erection of the whole bridge. According to the construction method, the applicability and flexibility of the bridge girder erection machine are improved by fully utilizing the existing structure of a conventional bridge girder erection machine; the conventional bridge girder erection machine can be adopted to implement the girder erection construction process under the conditions that the height difference exists between the old bridge deck and the top of the spliced and widened bridge cover beam and the width of the spliced and widened bridge cover beam cannot meet the requirement for placing of a front supporting leg transverse moving rail of the bridge girder erection machine, so that the construction cost is reduced, the construction progress is greatly accelerated, and the construction efficiency is improved.
本发明公开了一种拼宽桥预制箱梁架设施工方法,包括拆除旧桥需拼宽一侧的防撞栏、安装架桥机、架桥机过孔和喂梁的步骤,重复架桥机过孔和喂梁的步骤即可完成整桥的架设。本发明的施工方法充分利用常规架桥机的现有结构来提高架桥机的适用性和灵活性,使常规架桥机在旧桥桥面与拼宽桥盖梁顶存在高差以及拼宽桥盖梁的宽度不能满足架桥机的前支腿横移轨道摆放的情况下也能够采用常规架桥机实施架梁的施工工艺,从而降低了施工成本,大大加快了施工的进度,提高了施工效率。
