Comprising an anchoring section, a dowel bar assembly and a tension rod assembly which are rotationally connected in sequence; the anchoring section comprises an anchor clack, an opener and a limiting piece, the limiting piece is arranged at the top end of the anchor clack, the dowel bar assembly is formed by sequentially connecting a plurality of hollow anchor rods in a sleeved mode, the opener is arranged on the section, close to the anchor clack, of each hollow anchor rod, the section, away from the anchor clack, of each hollow anchor rod is an exposed section, and the exposed sections are connected with the tensioning rod assembly. The exposed section is sleeved with a hemispherical nut and a base plate, a grouting hole is formed in the base plate, and a grouting pipe is arranged in the grouting hole.
