The invention relates to the technical field of floor tiles, and discloses a novel composite floor tile, which is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 20 to 30 percent of phenolic resin, phenolic curing agent and phenolic accelerator mixed liquor, 0.2 to 0.6 percent of internal release agent, 0.1 to 0.6 percent of zinc stearate, 7 to 10 percent of aluminum hydroxide, 40 to 55 percent of composite waste and 3 to 5 percent of yellow sand. According to the novel composite material floor tile, composite material waste is adopted as the main raw material of the tile body 1, waste materials in life can be reused to serve as the main composition material of the floor tile, the sustainable development policy and waste utilization are achieved, and meanwhile the floor tile production cost can be reduced; phenolic resin, a phenolic curing agent and a phenolic accelerator are used as catalytic raw materials, phenolic resin is prepared from phenol and formaldehyde through polycondensation under the condition of a catalyst, neutralization and water washing, and phenolic resin has good acid resistance, mechanical property and heat resistance. The flame-retardant coating is widely applied to industries such as anti-corrosion engineering, adhesives, flame-retardant materials and grinding wheel manufacturing.
