The invention provides a steel-STC light composite structure bridge deck pavement material, a bridge deck and a steam-curing-free construction technology of the bridge deck. The pavement material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-35 parts of P.O42.5 ordinary Portland cement; 10 to 25 parts of fly ash; 0.4 to 1 part of calcium carbonate whisker; 5 to 10 parts of silica fume; 10 to 20 parts of quartz powder of 100 to 200 meshes; 10 to 20 parts of quartz sand of 40 to 100 meshes; 1-8 parts of copper-plated steel fiber; 0.4 to 1 part of a polycarboxylic acid high-performance water reducing agent; and 7-15 parts of water. The paving material is prepared into a premix, the premix is uniformly paved on a steel bridge deck, a covering film is paved after compaction and leveling, moisture maintenance is performed, and the local rigidity of the obtained bridge deck is remarkably improved. The load stress at each structural detail of the orthotropic steel bridge deck is greatly reduced, the risk of fatigue cracking is reduced, and compared with other types of pavement layers, the full-life-cycle construction cost and carbon emission of the orthotropic steel bridge deck pavement structure have the advantage of overwhelming.
本发明提供一种钢‑STC轻型组合结构桥面铺装材料、桥面及其免蒸养施工工艺。该铺装材料按照重量份的组成包括:P.O42.5普通硅酸盐水泥:20‑35份;粉煤灰:10‑25份;碳酸钙晶须:0.4‑1份;微硅粉:5‑10份;100~200目石英粉:10‑20份;40‑100目石英砂:10‑20份;镀铜钢纤维:1‑8份;聚羧酸高性能减水剂:0.4‑1份;水:7‑15份。将该铺装材料制备成预混料均匀铺装在钢桥面上,振实和整平后铺设覆盖薄膜,进行保湿养护,获得的桥面局部刚度显著提高。大幅度降低了正交异性钢桥面各构造细节处的荷载应力,降低了疲劳开裂的风险,并且相较于其他类型的铺装层,其全寿命周期造价和碳排放具有压倒性优势。
