The number of the sliding grooves is two, the two sliding grooves are formed in the upper end of the workbench, and sliding holes are formed in the two sliding grooves; the lifting plates are arranged into two groups, each group of lifting plates comprises two lifting plates, and the two groups of lifting plates are respectively connected into the two sliding grooves in a sliding manner; the bottom plate is arranged at the bottom of the workbench, and four supporting rods are fixedly connected between the bottom plate and the workbench. The lifting plates are driven to move through movement of the air cylinders, so that the distances among the four lifting plates are conveniently adjusted, the applicability and the use convenience are optimized, after the distances are adjusted, the air cylinders are started to extend, and the lifting plates are fixed through the supporting rods. The ballastless track on the lifting plate is lifted through extension of the extension end of the air cylinder, so that maintenance is facilitated.
