The invention relates to the field of building construction detection, and particularly discloses a pavement flatness monitoring device which comprises a vehicle body, driving wheels mounted on the bottom surface of the vehicle body and a detection unit, and the detection unit comprises an information collecting and processing part and a plurality of detection parts. The detection part comprises a detection column, an infrared distance measuring sensor, a spray head capable of spraying out marking liquid and a first controller for controlling the spray head to spray out the marking liquid, the infrared distance measuring sensor and the first controller are both electrically connected with the information collecting and processing part, and the infrared distance measuring sensor and the spray head are both installed in the detection column and right face the road surface; the detection column is installed on the vehicle body. According to the scheme, the infrared distance measuring sensors in the plurality of detection columns can detect the road surface flatness, can process the road surface flatness information in real time, and can mark unqualified local parts of the road surface flatness, so that the detection and feedback are very rapid; and meanwhile, the detection column and the infrared distance measuring sensor cannot rub with the ground, so that continuous and accurate detection can be ensured.
