The invention discloses an open-close type flexible blocking device which comprises stand columns oppositely arranged on the two sides of a blocking road, a transverse box connected to the tops of the two stand columns and a flexible blocking body installed on the transverse box, an LED array is arranged on the flexible blocking body, and all LEDs in the LED array are independently controlled through an LED control unit. When a running vehicle needs to be blocked, the flexible blocking body is driven to be unfolded along the transverse box through the opening and closing movement adjusting unit, the blocking effect is achieved, meanwhile, light emitting of corresponding LEDs in the LED array can be controlled through the LED control unit, dynamic information is displayed in a dot matrix mode, and a driver is prompted to decelerate and stop the vehicle. When stopping is finished, the LEDs are turned off through the LED control unit, meanwhile, the flexible stopping body is driven to slide to the two ends of the transverse box through the opening and closing movement adjusting unit, the stopping effect is cancelled, and the vehicle can pass freely.
