Abstract

The invention discloses a detachable steel sheet pile capable of achieving synchronous grouting in the pile pulling process and a use method of the detachable steel sheet pile and relates to the technical field of steel sheet pile construction.The detachable steel sheet pile comprises a main body steel plate, a grouting channel used for grouting is welded to the side face of the main body steel plate, and the side face of the main body steel plate is connected with a plastic jointed board through bolts; a heating mechanism is further installed at the locking opening position of the side face of the main body steel plate, a water injection pipeline is formed in the plastic jointed plate, and a water outlet hole connected with the pipeline is formed in the side face of the plastic jointed plate, so that separation between the main body steel plate and the plastic jointed plate is simply achieved through the heating resistance wire, and the contact friction force between adjacent piles during pile pulling is greatly reduced; and the pile pulling efficiency is further improved. The synchronous grouting device has the effect of synchronous grouting during pile pulling.

本发明公开了一种可拆卸、拔桩过程可同步注浆的钢板桩及其使用方法，涉及技钢板桩施工术领域，其包括主体钢板，主体钢板侧面焊接有用于注浆的注浆通道，主体钢板侧面通过螺栓与塑料拼板相连接，主体钢板侧面锁口处还安装有加热机构，塑料拼板内部开设有注水管道，侧面有与该管道连接的出水孔，本发明通过加热电阻丝简单地实现了主体钢板与塑料拼板之间的分离，极大地减小了拔桩时邻桩间的接触摩擦力，拔桩效率进一步提升。本发明具有拔桩时同步注浆的效果。
