Preparation method of high-temperature-resistant mullite composite aerogel
The invention belongs to the field of preparation of new materials, and provides a preparation method of mullite/silicon dioxide composite aerogel. The specific method comprises the following steps: firstly, dispersing mullite fibers in a polyvinyl alcohol solution, and performing freeze drying to remove excessive moisture so as to obtain mullite fiber blocks; dipping the silicon dioxide solution into the mullite fiber block by using a vacuum dipping method, and dropwise adding a prepared ammonia water solution to gelatinize; and finally, carrying out carbon dioxide supercritical drying to obtain the mullite-silicon dioxide composite aerogel. The mullite fiber is used as a framework of the aerogel, so that the mechanical property of the aerogel can be enhanced, the defect of poor mechanical property of the silicon dioxide aerogel can be overcome, the thermal insulation property and the high temperature resistance of the aerogel can be ensured, and the problem of low strength of the aerogel is greatly improved and solved; the use performance of the aerogel material is improved, and the application field is expanded.
本发明属于新材料的制备领域,提供了一种莫来石/二氧化硅复合气凝胶的制备方法。具体方法为首先将莫来石纤维分散于聚乙烯醇溶液中,通过冷冻干燥去除多余水分得到莫来石纤维块;再用真空浸渍的方法将二氧化硅溶液浸渍到莫来石纤维块中,滴加配置好的氨水溶液使凝胶化;最后经过二氧化碳超临界干燥得到莫来石‑二氧化硅复合气凝胶。莫来石纤维作为气凝胶的骨架可以增强气凝胶的力学性能,从而既可以弥补二氧化硅气凝胶力学性能差的缺点又可以保证气凝胶的保温隔热性能及耐高温性能,极大程度地改善、解决气凝胶强度较低的问题,以提升气凝胶材料的使用性能、拓展应用领域。
