The invention discloses a reservoir integrated anti-seepage structure which comprises a base plate and an anti-seepage film located above the base plate, a plurality of supporting protrusions extending upwards are integrally formed on the base plate, drainage grooves are formed between the supporting protrusions, the supporting protrusions and the anti-seepage film are fixedly connected through non-woven fabric, in the vertical section, the non-woven fabric is parallel to the base plate, and in the vertical section, the non-woven fabric is parallel to the anti-seepage film. The height H of the supporting protrusions and the distance L between every two adjacent supporting protrusions meet the condition that H/L is larger than or equal to 0.8 and smaller than or equal to 1.3, by arranging the supporting protrusions, when the base plate bears huge water pressure, the base plate can bear larger water pressure by means of buffering deformation of the supporting protrusions, and the non-woven fabric is fixedly connected with the supporting protrusions, so that the non-woven fabric is not prone to deformation. The supporting protrusions which are jacked upwards are pulled through the non-woven fabric and other supporting protrusions, upward jacking force is evenly dispersed to the surrounding supporting protrusions, the relative displacement of the supporting protrusions is reduced, stress of the connecting positions of the jacked supporting protrusions and the base plate is reduced, and therefore the supporting effect of the base plate is improved. And the connection fracture of the support bulge and the substrate caused by stress concentration at the position is avoided.
