Natural wind is used for drying the corrugated steel plates, airflow is guided into the corrugated steel plates, and compared with a traditional exhaust pipe, passive exhaust of a single pipeline is converted into active exhaust of fan blades, so that the better effects of water vapor drainage and moisture intrusion prevention are achieved, and the problems that a beam frame is affected with damp and rusted, and the maintenance cost is increased are solved.
本发明公开了一种防水汽侵入的厂房屋顶防水结构,包括厂房屋面、瓦楞钢板与排气管,厂房屋面的顶部铺设有基础隔离板,瓦楞钢板的两端设置有对接结构,两个瓦楞钢板的两端通过对接结构配合安装,排气管设置在两个瓦楞钢板的连接处,排气管的端部且位于外环壁固定有外罩,所述外罩的顶部设置有自锁组件,所述自锁组件包括设置在外罩顶部的自锁底座,所述自锁组件还包括设置在上、下底板之间的自锁件与复位件。本发明使用自然风干燥瓦楞钢板,引流气流至瓦楞钢板的内部,与传统的排气管相比较,由单管道的被动排气转换为由扇叶主动排气,实现更好的排水汽、防潮气入侵的效果,有助于解决梁架受潮生锈,维修成本增加的问题。
