The accommodating groove is communicated with the avoiding groove; the first connecting rod is provided with a first end pivoted in the accommodating groove through a pivot and a second end pivoted on a vehicle body; one end of the torsion spring is connected with the sealing cover, and the other end is connected with the vehicle door; the receding groove is located in the rotating path of the first end. The vehicle door is switched between an opening position and a closing position; when the vehicle door is located at the opening position, the first end of the first connecting rod extrudes the sealing cover to abut against the inner wall of the receding groove and is located in the receding groove. When the vehicle door is located at the closed position, the second end of the first connecting rod is located in the containing groove, and the receding groove is covered with the sealing cover.
