The invention provides a heat insulation device and a manufacturing method of the heat insulation device, and relates to the technical field of heat insulation. The heat insulation device provided by the invention comprises a metal piece which comprises a plate-shaped part; the heat insulation layer is arranged on the first surface of the metal piece, and the heat insulation layer comprises a first material with a black body property so as to radiate and/or reflect light; and the heat preservation layer is arranged on one side of the second surface, opposite to the heat insulation layer, of the metal piece. According to the heat insulation device, heat can be prevented from entering through radiation and reflection of the heat insulation layer and heat insulation of the heat insulation layer, and the better heat insulation effect is achieved.
