The invention discloses a preparation method of a high-density fine-structure graphite material, relates to the technical field of graphite materials, and aims to solve the problems that the high-density fine-structure graphite material is non-uniform in mixing, large in compact elasticity aftereffect and low in yield. The preparation method comprises the following steps: putting ground needle coke powder and a part of asphalt powder into a kneading machine, firstly carrying out dry mixing, then raising the temperature, carrying out wet mixing, then adding the rest asphalt powder, and after the asphalt is molten, pressurizing and carrying out secondary kneading to prepare a paste material; rolling the paste on a hot mill for three times to obtain a sheet with the thickness of about 2mm, cooling the sheet, and crushing and grinding the sheet until the particle size d50 is 20-40 microns; the ground paste powder is heated to the temperature below the asphalt softening point, the paste powder is put into a mold to be subjected to compression molding while being hot, demolding is avoided after mold pressing is finished, and the mold and a pressed blank are put into a roasting furnace together to be subjected to primary roasting; demolding after primary roasting is finished, and then sequentially carrying out impregnation, secondary roasting and graphitization; the method is simple in step, uniform in material mixing and high in yield, and the high-density fine-structure graphite product is excellent in performance.
本发明公开了一种高密细结构石墨材料的制备方法,涉及石墨材料技术领域,为解决高密细结构石墨混料不均,压坯弹性后效大、成品率不够高的问题;本发明包括将磨好的针焦粉和一部分沥青粉置于混捏机中先干混,再升高温度湿混,然后加入剩余的沥青粉,待沥青融化后加压二次混捏,制成糊料;将糊料在热轧机上轧制3次,得厚度2mm左右的薄片,待其冷却后破碎磨粉,使其粒度d50为20~40μm;将磨好的糊料粉加热至沥青软化点以下,并趁热装入模具中模压成型,模压结束不脱模,将模具和压坯一并放入焙烧炉中一次焙烧;一次焙烧结束后脱模,再依次进行浸渍、二次焙烧、石墨化;本发明方法步骤简单、混料均匀、成品率高,高密细结构石墨产品性能优异。
