The invention discloses a high-viscosity macroporous pervious concrete structure which comprises a large-particle-size broken stone layer, a geotechnical cloth layer, a small-particle-size broken stone layer, a first pervious concrete layer, a grating layer and a second pervious concrete layer which are sequentially laid on a tamping layer. The circular pipes are filled with permeable sponge, the bottoms of the circular pipes extend to the position below the geotechnical cloth layer, and the tops of the circular pipes are flush with the grating layer. The strength of the formed pervious concrete can be improved, rapid drainage is guaranteed, rainwater accumulation is avoided, and the method is suitable for construction of pervious concrete of different thicknesses.
