Construction method for deep and shallow foundation pit support
The invention relates to a deep and shallow foundation pit support construction method which comprises the following specific steps: firstly constructing a gravity type retaining wall at a height difference position of a deep and shallow foundation pit, and driving cast-in-place piles in a sleeving manner or inserting section steel into the gravity type retaining wall; the deep and shallow pits are excavated to the shallow pit bases, and grooves are formed in the tops of the cast-in-place piles or the profile steel; constructing a shallow pit bottom plate, a downward turning and pressing top beam and a horizontal support; after the shallow pit bottom plate, the downward turning and pressing top beam and the horizontal support reach the strength, deep pit area earthwork is excavated, and deep pit area bottom plate construction is conducted; after construction of the deep pit bottom plate is completed, horizontal supports at the junction of the deep pit and the shallow pit are removed, a deep pit structure and a floor slab are poured upwards, and connection of the floor slab and the shallow pit bottom plate is completed synchronously; and finally, upwards backbuilding to a natural terrace. By the adoption of the method, the situation that the construction period is affected by sequential construction due to the fact that partition walls are arranged in deep and shallow foundation pits can be avoided, a large amount of construction waste for subsequently chiseling away the partition walls is reduced, and the method has the advantages of construction convenience and economical efficiency on the premise that safety is guaranteed.
本发明涉及一种深浅基坑围护施工方法,具体步骤是:在深浅基坑高差处先施工重力式挡墙,在重力式挡墙中套打灌注桩或插入型钢;深浅坑开挖至浅坑基底,并在灌注桩或型钢顶部开槽;施工浅坑底板、下翻压顶梁及水平支撑;浅坑底板、下翻压顶梁及水平支撑达到强度后,开挖深坑区域土方,进行深坑区域底板施工;深坑底板施工完成后,拆除深浅坑交界处的水平支撑,向上浇筑深坑结构及楼板,同步完成楼板与浅坑底板连接;最后向上回筑至自然地坪。采用本发明可避免深浅坑基坑设置分隔墙,造成先后施工影响工期,也减少了后续凿除分隔墙的大量建筑垃圾,在确保安全的前提下,具有施工便利性及经济性优势。
