A sliding groove is formed in one side of a sealing cover, a first inclined block is arranged in the sliding groove in a sliding mode, and a driving mechanism used for driving the first inclined block to move is arranged in the sliding groove. An inserting groove is formed in the side, close to the first inclined block, of the other sealing cover, the first inclined block can be inserted into the inserting groove, a first inclined face is arranged on the first inclined block, and the first inclined face can be matched with the inner side wall of the inserting groove. The possibility that the drainage ditch is blocked can be conveniently reduced.
