The invention provides a secondary support changing construction method for a deep foundation pit adjacent to a subway, which comprises the following steps: after construction of a fender post and a crown beam of the deep foundation pit is completed, an embedded part is reserved on the crown beam; earthwork is excavated to a foundation bottom plate, and triangular soil bodies below the inclined strut positions are reserved; binding foundation bottom plate reinforcing steel bars, and pre-burying a bottom plate support; a first inclined support is installed, the upper portion of the first inclined support is connected to the top beam embedded part, and the lower portion of the first inclined support is fixed to the bottom plate support; the triangular soil body below the first inclined support is excavated, and construction is conducted to a foundation bottom plate and an outer wall; constructing a force transmission belt and backfilling a fertilizer groove; erecting a second inclined support in the structure, and dismantling the first inclined support; and the internal second inclined support is dismantled. The construction progress of the subway adjacent to one side of the foundation pit and normal operation of the subway are effectively guaranteed through the secondary support changing technology.
