The manufacturing method of the PVC micro-foaming stone-plastic floor comprises the following steps: preparing the PVC wear-resistant layer; preparing a PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) micro-foaming stone plastic base material; preheating the PVC wear-resistant layer and the PVC printing layer, and then laminating the PVC wear-resistant layer and the PVC printing layer with the PVC micro-foaming stone plastic substrate; carrying out coating treatment on the laminated product; and performing slotting and forming treatment to obtain the PVC micro-foaming stone plastic floor. The specific gravity of the manufactured PVC micro-foaming stone plastic floor is smaller than or equal to 1.75 g/cm < 3 >, the dimensional stability at 80 DEG C is smaller than or equal to 0.25%, the warping at 80 DEG C is smaller than or equal to 2 mm, the residual depression degree is smaller than or equal to 0.1 mm, the surface of a wheelchair is not layered after the wheelchair is resistant to abrasion of 25000r, and other indexes all meet related industrial standards, and the PVC micro-foaming stone plastic floor has good market application prospects.
