The invention provides a pile end post-grouting steel pipe pile and a construction method thereof. The pile end post-grouting steel pipe pile comprises a steel pipe pile body, a first grouting assembly and a second grouting assembly. The interior of the steel pipe pile body is used for accommodating a first filler with a gap; the first grouting assembly is arranged at the top of the steel pipe pile body; the first grouting assembly comprises first grouting pipes and exhaust pipes, and the first grouting pipes and the exhaust pipes are arranged in the radial direction of the steel pipe pile body at intervals. The second grouting assembly is located at the bottom of the steel pipe pile body, and the pile end post-grouting steel pipe pile is configured in the mode that slurry injected from the first grouting pipe flows out of the second grouting assembly after flowing through the gap of the first filler so as to conduct grouting on the pile end of the steel pipe pile body and soil on the pile side. According to the configuration, the inner cavity of the steel pipe pile body is used as a grouting channel, and the material consumption is reduced; and meanwhile, the pile end and the pile side soil body are reinforced through pile end grouting, and the bearing efficiency of the steel pipe pile body is improved.
