The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, and discloses a building construction truss-type foundation pit supporting structure which comprises a top foundation pit connecting frame, the lower surface of the top foundation pit connecting frame is fixedly connected with four first connecting rings, and the first connecting rings are connected with the top foundation pit connecting frame. The four first connecting rings are evenly fixed to the four corners of the lower surface of the top foundation pit connecting frame at equal intervals in a rectangular array mode, telescopic mechanisms are fixedly connected to the interiors of the four first connecting rings through bolts, and connecting mechanisms are fixedly connected to the lower surfaces of the four telescopic mechanisms through bolts. According to the truss type foundation pit supporting structure for building construction, the distance between the connecting frame and the top foundation pit connecting frame can be adjusted through the arrangement of the telescopic rods, so that protection plates with the corresponding lengths can be selected for installation according to the actual depths of different foundation pits, and the side walls of the foundation pits can be protected more comprehensively; and the supporting effect of the supporting structure is improved.
