The invention discloses a land wind power prefabricated foundation construction method which comprises the following steps: S1, a foundation pit of a wind power foundation is divided into three areas including a central groove, a foundation pit bottom surface and a foundation pit slope surface, and the area and depth of the areas are planned according to the overall size of the wind power prefabricated foundation; s2, performing earthwork excavation operation according to region division and area and depth planning of each region; s3, concrete cushion layer pouring operation and installation operation of a plurality of groups of leveling cushion blocks are carried out in the bottom surface area of the foundation pit; s4, after the leveling cushion blocks are installed, hoisting and splicing operation is conducted on the prefabricated parts, and the prefabricated parts are hoisted to the top faces of the corresponding leveling cushion blocks to be subjected to fixed installation operation and grouting pouring operation; and S5, the installation condition of the prefabricated parts is checked and accepted, and the foundation pit is backfilled to the designed elevation through backfill soil after checking is correct. The invention provides a construction method of a prefabricated foundation. The method is simple and easy to implement, and the prefabricated wind power foundation can be stably connected into a whole.
本发明公开了一种陆上风电预制基础施工方法,包括以下步骤:S1、对风电基础的基坑进行区域划分,包括中心凹槽、基坑底面、基坑坡面三个区域,并根据风电预制基础的整体尺寸对区域面积及区域深度规划;S2、根据区域划分及各个区域的面积、深度规划进行土方挖掘作业;S3、在基坑底面区域进行混凝土垫层浇注作业以及若干组调平垫块安装作业;S4、完成调平垫块安装后进行预制构件吊装拼接作业,使预制构件吊装至对应的调平垫块顶面进行固定安装作业以及灌浆浇注作业;S5、对预制构件安装情况进行检查验收,检查无误后使用回填土将基坑回填至设计标高。本发明提出一种预制基础的施工方法,该方法简便易行且可以使得预制风电基础可以稳固的连接成为一个整体。
