The construction method comprises the steps that a mounting hole is formed in one surface of the heat preservation plate, and the mounting hole is used for mounting a fixing piece; splicing and adhering the different heat insulation plates with the open holes to a wall body; drilling is conducted on the wall in the direction of the hole, a fixing piece is installed in the drilled hole of the wall in a penetrating mode at the same time, and an opening of the installation hole is covered with a heat preservation plate cover; and cover surface plastering construction is carried out on the insulation board.
