S100, mixing calcined gypsum powder, starch, a superplasticizer, glass fibers, a retarder, a mildew preventive, boric acid, tartaric acid, sodium trimetaphosphate, a foaming agent and water by using a mixing machine to form slurry, wherein the mixing machine is used for mixing the calcined gypsum powder, the starch, the superplasticizer, the glass fibers, the retarder, the mildew preventive, the boric acid, the tartaric acid and the sodium trimetaphosphate; s200, lower paper is placed on a mold filling shell, the slurry is shaken off from a discharging opening to the lower paper, the slurry is subjected to mold filling in the shaking process of a shaking mechanism, and a material plate is formed; s300, upper paper is placed on the material plate, the material plate is conveyed to a forming machine through a conveying frame, and a wet plate is formed; and S400, the wet board is subjected to vacuum drying, and the mildew-proof, moisture-proof and anti-cracking gypsum board is prepared. The device further comprises a mixing machine, a shaking mechanism, a mold filling shell, a discharging opening, a forming machine and a conveying frame.
