The invention discloses a constructional column formwork-free prefabricated part and a construction method. The constructional column formwork-free prefabricated part comprises a groove-shaped prefabricated part with a U-shaped section and a strip-shaped prefabricated part with an I-shaped section. A plurality of large material guiding holes are evenly formed in the side wall, close to the masonry, of the groove-shaped prefabricated part, material guiding tooth grooves protruding outwards are formed in the positions of the large material guiding holes, and the material guiding tooth grooves correspond to constructional column combed joints in shape and are used for guiding concrete pouring. Clamping structures are arranged on the side end faces of the groove-shaped prefabricated part and the strip-shaped prefabricated part, and the groove-shaped prefabricated part and the strip-shaped prefabricated part can be mutually spliced through the clamping structures, so that grouting cavities suitable for various different types of constructional columns are combined. Compared with the prior art, the constructional column formwork-free prefabricated part is wider in application range and capable of meeting pouring of constructional columns in various different types of brickwork; splicing is fast, and the construction efficiency is high; and the overall structural strength of the constructional column is high, and the forming quality is good.
本发明公开了一种构造柱免支模预制构件及施工方法,包括截面为U型的槽形预制构件和截面为I型的条形预制构件;所述槽形预制构件靠近砌体的侧壁上均匀开有若干大导料孔,所述大导料孔处设有向外凸出的导料牙槽,所述导料牙槽与构造柱马牙槎的形状相对应,用于引导混凝土浇筑;所述槽形预制构件和所述条形预制构件的侧部端面上设有卡接结构,通过所述卡接结构能够将所述槽形预制构件和所述条形预制构件相互拼接,从而组合成适用于多种不同类型构造柱的灌浆空腔。本发明提供的这种构造柱免支模预制构件相比现有技术,适用范围更广,能够满足各种不同类型砌体中构造柱的浇筑;拼装快捷,施工效率高;而且构造柱的整体结构强度高,成型质量好。
