The invention discloses a roof part and a roof structure. The roof part comprises a back plate, a bearing plate and a photovoltaic module. The back plate is arranged between the bearing plate and the photovoltaic module, the bearing plate is arranged on a roof, and protruding supporting ribs are arranged in the length direction of the back plate; the supporting ribs are used for supporting the photovoltaic module; two opposite side edges of the back plate are respectively provided with a first clamping structure, and two opposite side edges of the bearing plate are respectively provided with a second clamping structure; and splicing installation of the adjacent roof parts is completed through matching of the first clamping structures of the adjacent roof parts and matching of the second clamping structures of the adjacent roof parts. By directly splicing a plurality of modular roof pieces with one another during construction, forming of multiple structural layers in the photovoltaic roof can be completed only by one splicing process, and the problem of precision reduction caused by mutual splicing of components of the multiple structural layers is solved on the basis of improving the construction efficiency.
本发明公开了一种屋面件及屋面结构,包括:背板、承载板和光伏组件;背板设置于承载板和光伏组件之间,承载板设置在屋面上,背板的长度方向上设置有凸起的支撑肋;支撑肋用于支撑光伏组件;背板的相对两个侧边分别设置有第一卡接结构,承载板的相对两个侧边分别设置有第二卡接结构;通过相邻屋面件各自的第一卡接结构的契合,以及相邻屋面件各自的第二卡接结构的契合,完成相邻屋面件的拼接安装。通过在施工时直接通过多个模块化的屋面件的相互拼接,使得仅需一次拼接流程即完成了光伏屋面中多层构造层的成型,在提升了施工效率的基础上,也解决了多层构造层的部件相互拼接时带来的精度下降问题。
