The invention discloses a steel roof truss construction method. A roof truss sliding device comprising a track beam, a sliding vehicle and a hydraulic crawler is adopted. The track beam is composed of a bottom plate, a clamping base, a connecting part and a guide rail, the sliding vehicle is provided with a vehicle frame, a bearing plate is fixed to the top face of the vehicle frame, a plurality of bearing rods are arranged at the bottom of the vehicle frame, wheels are rotatably installed at the two ends of each bearing rod, and L-shaped limiting pieces are fixedly installed at the two ends of each bearing rod; the hydraulic crawler is composed of a hydraulic jack and a hydraulic clamping device. The steel truss unit can be transported from the hoisting position to the preset installation position on the roof beam, through a matching structure between the sliding vehicle and the track beam, the advancing resistance of the sliding vehicle is reduced, the advancing stability of the sliding vehicle is ensured, the sliding transportation speed of the steel truss unit on the roof beam is increased, and meanwhile the construction efficiency is improved. The requirement on the propulsive force of the hydraulic crawler is reduced; in addition, the steel roof truss sliding device has the advantages of being low in equipment cost, easy and convenient to install and capable of being repeatedly used.
本发明公开了一种钢钢屋架施工方法,采用包括轨道梁、滑移车和液压爬行器的屋架滑移装置;轨道梁由底板、夹持基座、连接部和导轨构成,滑移车设有车架,该车架的顶面固定有承载板,底部设有多根轴承杆,轴承杆的两端均可转动安装有车轮并均固定安装有L形限位件;液压爬行器由液压千斤顶和液压夹持装置组成。本发明能够实现将钢桁架单元在屋面梁上从吊装位置运输到预定安装位置,其通过滑移车和轨道梁之间的配合结构,降低了滑移车的前进阻力并确保了滑移车的前进稳定性,在提高了钢桁架单元在屋面梁上的滑移运输速度的同时,降低了对液压爬行器的推进力要求;并且,本发明的钢屋架滑移装置具有设备成本低、安装简单方便、能够重复利用的优点。
