This electrolytic cell cartridge is provided with: an electrolytic cell for generating electrolyzed water; and a housing that accommodates the electrolytic cell. The housing has: a cylindrical peripheral surface portion; a pair of end surface parts that close both ends of the peripheral surface part; and a pair of openings which are provided in the pair of end surface portions, respectively, and which communicate the inside and the outside of the housing. The center of the opening portion provided in at least one of the pair of end face portions is located at a position offset from the centroid of the end face portion. According to the present disclosure, it is possible to more easily mount the electrolytic cell cartridge to the water treatment device.
