The invention belongs to the technical field of saline-alkali soil treatment, and particularly relates to a saline-alkali soil greening planting system. Comprising a planting unit and a salt elimination unit, and the planting unit comprises a saline-alkali layer, an isolation layer, a buffer layer, a water storage layer and a planting layer; the salt discharging unit comprises a first well, a second well and a communicating pipe. When water enters through the first well, no water exists in the second well; therefore, fresh water can enter the communicating pipe, enter the branch and then enter the second well; permeation holes are formed in the branches; therefore, fresh water in the communicating pipe can dilute salt and alkali in the salt and alkali layer through the permeation holes; saline and alkali in the saline-alkali layer can enter the communicating pipe through the permeation holes, then the saline-alkali water is flushed to the second well through fresh water flowing through the communicating pipe, and then the saline-alkali water in the second well is pumped out through the first water pumping device and transported to a treatment plant to be treated in a centralized mode.
