The invention provides a waste incineration bottom ash-based high-strength geopolymer plugging and filling material and a preparation method thereof, the polymer plugging and filling material is formed by mixing a solid mixture and a liquid alkali activator, and the mass fraction of the liquid alkali activator is 34.05-37.63%; the solid mixture comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40-70 parts of granulated blast furnace slag, 30-60 parts of municipal solid waste incineration bottom ash and 0.16-0.63 part of an organic modifier; the liquid alkali activator is prepared from water, sodium hydroxide and water glass; the liquid alkali activator is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 40.09 to 53.16 parts of water glass, 1.56 to 2.87 parts of sodium hydroxide and 0.89 to 14.28 parts of water. The prepared polymer plugging and filling material is high in compressive strength, short in setting time, good in compactness and low in cost.
