A full-automatic device capable of planning a route and confirming road traffic pavement execution identification is characterized in that the full-automatic device comprises a moving vehicle, a ruling machine arranged on the moving vehicle, a control part, a plurality of laser radars and a visual part, and the control part is connected with a planned route storage database; the plurality of laser radars measure the distance between the vehicle body or the ruling machine and the road shoulder to adjust the dynamic driving track of the mobile vehicle; the ruling machine performs positioning under the instruction of the control part to execute line drawing in the line drawing gallery; and after each line drawing mark is completed, the second binocular vision element collects the line drawing marks for detection and comparison to generate data and feeds the data back to the controller, so that the controller instructs the moving trolley and the line drawing machine to do corresponding progress actions. The road marking device can accurately adjust marking speed and direction, automatically identify line types and marks, automatically and accurately mark and confirm, can meet marking of multiple straight lines, fonts, patterns, turning lines and arrows on a road surface, and effectively improves working efficiency and position accuracy.
