The invention discloses a counterweight-free adjustable two-side suspension construction platform which is characterized in that two first adjusting sleeves and two second adjusting sleeves are mounted at the top and the bottom of a reinforcing stand column correspondingly, reinforcing supporting arms are mounted on the two first adjusting sleeves through first fixing bolts to form a horizontal supporting structure, rear supporting arms are mounted on the two second adjusting sleeves, and the rear supporting arms are mounted on the two second adjusting sleeves through second fixing bolts to form a horizontal supporting structure; one end of the reinforcing support arm is connected with a stand column, a U-shaped opening sleeve at the lower end of the stand column is fixedly connected with a vertical support, a transverse support is arranged below the vertical support, the vertical support is inserted into a sleeve of the transverse support and connected with the sleeve through at least two second fixing bolts, and the rear support arm is connected with a front support arm through a sleeve. The construction of a roof supporting structure of the construction platform is greatly simplified, the counterweight design of a conventional hanging basket is omitted, the construction platform is hung on the two sides of the single supporting arm, the lifting distance of the hanging basket platform is adjusted by designing the adjusting sleeve, and the hanging basket has high application and popularization value in projects such as corridors and gallery bridges.
